Inhalte/ Contents
This group invites students from any backgrounds and levels to reflect on our relationships with the territories and peoples we research with, through contextualised, embodied, and critical methodologies-ethics. We will work collectively in defining questions and activities (e.g. field visits to activist and research projects), to incite feelings-thoughts-actions that deepen relations with the socio-environment and climate in Berlin, fostering individual and communitarian belonging. Some initial suggested questions are: how to ethically approach the knowledge and experiences of the subjects and territories we study? What are ways to minimize harm in contexts of research inflicted by inequalities and violences, such as racism, extractivism, coloniality and hetero-cis-normativity? We will use collaborative and communitarian feminist methods, like workshops, body-territory cartographies and intersectionality. A fanzine and final collective reflection will conclude the course.
