The Berlin Leadership Academy (BLA) is the joint leadership development hub of the Berlin University Alliance: By coordinating and facilitating the professional leadership development, the BLA makes a significant contribution to strengthening the Berlin University Alliance as a whole.
The BLA's programs are designed for both professors and senior research managers from all four partner institutions - Freie Universität Berlin, Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, Technische Universität Berlin and Charité - Universitätsmedizin Berlin.
