Cooperation
The Postdoc Academy expands its program through strategic collaborations within the Berlin University Alliance.
In cooperation with the Graduate Studies Support Program (GSSP), two practice-oriented workshops are offered, providing doctoral researchers and postdocs with insights into non-academic career paths and supporting informed career decision-making.
In cooperation with the Berlin Leadership Academy (BLA), a dedicated leadership workshop is offered to strengthen leadership competencies and foster strategic career development within academia.
