Leadership certificate for junior professors and heads of junior research groups: Leadership has to be learned - which is why the Technical University offers a two-stage leadership certificate as part of the Berlin Leadership Academy.

Leadership for Excellence: The flagship program is a development program for professors and managers that is tailored to the special challenges of the Excellence Network. It supports participants in moving efficiently and in a goal-oriented manner within complex management structures and in successfully shaping change processes.

Leadership-programme for female professors: The Leadership Program gives female professors at the Berlin University Alliance the opportunity to strengthen their leadership skills and expand their professional network.

Berlin University Alliance – Berlin Leadership Academy: The Berlin Leadership Academy (BLA) is the joint institution for leadership development of the Berlin University Alliance: It coordinates leadership development in the alliance, expands it and develops it further in order to strengthen the excellence alliance as a whole. The BLA's offerings are aimed at academic and nonacademic leaders from all four alliance partners.
