After welcoming the guests, Academic Director Prof. Beate Kampmann gave a brief overview of the achievements of the strategic partnership. She was followed by Dr Aoife Ní Chroidheáin Lau, partnership manager on the Oxford side, who praised the good connections between Oxford and Berlin. Dr Adrian Kind, who has received funding for his research collaboration in the field of Philosophy and (Computational) Psychiatry, talked about how the partnership’s funding programmes helped him establish interdisciplinary collaboration in the form of joint workshops and publications. After that, there was time to mix, mingle, and exchange ideas.
