Internationalization

Berlin has attracted more researchers from all over the world in recent years with its diverse academic programs and excellent resources than any other research region in Germany. The number of international students has also grown steadily.

The Cross-Cutting Theme Internationalization of the Berlin University Alliance aims particularly at enhancing the network of joint strategic partnerships with leading universities worldwide, at promoting cooperative research initiatives with the Global South, and at supporting joint engagement in Brussels.
