When, where and how must the application be sent?
After you have completed the online application form, please submit all other required documents by email in PDF format to the StuROPx Coordination Office: call-sturop@berlin-university-alliance.de
Please keep the following instructions in mind:
- Combine all documents into ONE PDF file. Please be aware that the submission of more than one PDF file is not permitted and cannot be accepted by us.
- Maintain the mentioned order of the documents within the PDF file, starting with your project outline. A cover letter is not necessary.
- Finally, verify that all signatures are visible and that the PDF cannot be edited.
- Name the PDF document as follows, using capital letters for your name:
LAST NAME FIRST NAME _Groups_SoSe 2026
e. g. SMITH STEVEN_Groups_SoSe 2026 - Only complete and formally correct proposals (including all signed forms) will be considered.
The deadline is November 30, 2025. Submissions are accepted until November 30, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. CET.
