Professor Moritz Riede receives Green Future Fellowship by Royal Academy of Engineering
Professor Moritz Riede (Department of Physics at the University of Oxford and Vice Academic Director of the Oxford Berlin Research partnership) has been awarded one of the Royal Academy of Engineering’s first ever Green Future Fellowships.

The £3 million in funding will be used over a period of ten years to combat the complex and multiple causes of the climate crisis and its consequences. Prof. Moritz Riede is focusing on expanding the commercialization of organic photovoltaics (OPV). This will enable the production of clean energy that causes only a fraction of the environmental impact of conventional solar cells.
