Efficiency instead of extra work: Optimized support strategies for sustainable success in doctoral studies: The interdisciplinary 3-hour expert panel in person is aimed at doctoral supervisors (late postdocs, research group leaders, junior professors, TT professors, professors). It will be led by Anette Schwalbach and Michael Bosch, long-standing advisors to the HGS in the field of doctoral supervision. The expert panel will address the question: Which critical points in the supervision process can determine success or failure, and how can they be addressed? With optimized approaches, clear tools, and lean processes, practical tools will be provided for supervising doctoral students successfully, efficiently, and in a resource-saving manner.
