Thank You for Participating in the Individual Coaching Sessions

As part of Academic Freedom Week, the Postdoc Academy offered confidential individual coaching sessions for Scholars at Risk.

We would like to sincerely thank everyone who participated in the sessions and placed their trust in this supportive format. The 45-minute conversations provided space to reflect on individual professional situations, explore possible career paths in academia and beyond, and identify concrete next steps for career development.
