Fostering Knowledge Exchange
Those who exchange knowledge gain – a deeper understanding of phenomena, new stimuli in cognitive processes, and familiarity in society. The Berlin University Alliance defines knowledge exchange as a process of mutual knowledge exchange between stakeholders from the sciences and various sectors of society such as politics, culture, and economy.
Knowledge exchange thus goes beyond the transfer of scientific knowledge.
For this, professionally designed processes are central, as well as an openness to other perspectives and a willingness to listen to one another.
