Diversity and Gender Equality
Diversity and Gender Equality are central to the Berlin University Alliance’s mission and understanding of academic excellence. As part of their collaboration, the four partners have implemented joint measures to promote an inclusive, non-discriminatory research environment and to advance gender equality and diversity throughout the academic landscape of the Berlin University Alliance and beyond. By combining expertise and fostering shared strategies, we have anchored diversity as a core dimension of research, teaching, and institutional development.
