As an Alliance organization, our team is embedded within all four partner institutions. This means we understand—and factor in—the unique characteristics of each partner when designing our offerings.

Strategic oversight of the Berlin Leadership Academy (BLA) lies with the Executive Board. Comprised of leadership-development experts from all four Alliance partners, this body decides on fundamental issues and sets the overall direction of the BLA.

Day-to-day operations are led by the Managing Director, who works with a team of Program Officers based at each partner institution. These officers are also your points of contact for any questions about our offers.

Within the Berlin University Alliance, we are assigned to the “Promoting Talent” focus area.
