Once again, between July 2019 and July 2020, 36 highly qualified women researchers will again be funded on their paths to a professorship. In developing their careers while also being prepared for the leadership and management tasks that accompany a professorship, they will be supported by the ProFiL program, coordinated by Freie Universität Berlin, Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, and Technische Universität Berlin.

Private lecturers (Privatdozentinnen), habilitation candidates, junior professors, junior research group leaders, and postdoctoral students who are women from the three sponsoring universities (except for Charité, which offers its own program) as well as the Wissenschaftszentrum für Sozialforschung Berlin may apply.
