Universities and Charité involved in Berlin Science Week Berlin November 1–10

Research by scholars and scientists at Freie Universität, Humboldt-Universität, Technische Universität, and Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin will be presented in numerous activities during the Berlin Science Week November 1–10. The aim is to promote dialogue between science and society, for example during panel discussions on issues and perspectives of research on current social topics. The motto is "Next Frontier Debates."
The official start of the Berlin Science Week will be the Next Frontier Debate on November 1, 2017, entitled "Refugees with Résumés. Admission and Integration of Refugees in Germany and Europe." Members of the Berlin Institute for Empirical Integration and Migration Research (BIM) at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin will discuss the prerequisites, opportunities, and problems of integrating refugees into the labor market.
