In their day-to-day research, researchers regularly face copyright issues: What content am I allowed to use in my work? Under what conditions can I openly share data and materials? How do I use AI tools and their training data in a legally compliant manner? This workshop offers practical guidance on how to safely handle protected content and licenses in academic work.

 The event is addressed to researchers, faculty members, doctoral candidates, and research support staff at Freie Universität Berlin, Technische Universität Berlin, Humboldt-Universität Berlin, and Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin.
