Mental Health Days. Strengthened and healthy through the doctoral thesis
Especially in challenging times, it is important to understand how to maintain your own well-being. The Mental Health Days help PhD students to strengthen their resilience and mental health. Together, you will work on your personal mindset. You will identify ‘energy drainers’, mobilise resources and learn relaxation exercises that can be incorporated into your daily routine. Challenges in everyday doctoral life can be tackled with greater composure, and your own goals can be achieved more efficiently.
Thanks to the blended format of this training, you will have the opportunity to independently explore further approaches during the long-term consolidation phase.
The Mental Health Days will be held in English and German and will be offered in parallel in two groups on 16 and 17 September 2026.
The event is addressed to doctoral candidates at Berlin University Alliance.
