Set your Anchor – Writing a doctoral thesis in challenging times

Jun 08, 2020 | 09:30 AM - 11:00 AM

Online workshop for all doctoral students (any academic age) from the partners universities of the Berlin University Alliance

Online workshop for  8 weeks / Modul IV: Mental Health/Resilienz

Working on a doctoral thesis alone in the imposed isolation is not always easy. How do I structure my day? How do I separate work from my private life? What do I do when the laboratory is closed? What about my data now?

Anchoring in stormy times is something that gets better and better with practice and experience.

For employees, assistant lectures, registered doctoral candidates at Freie Universität Berlin, Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, Technische Universität Berlin and Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin, the course is free of charge.
