1st Networking Event

The event on June 5th, 2023 brought together tenure-track professors from all four alliance partners for the first time. Four thematic areas were offered:

T1, Peer Mentoring: The participants got introduced to the modules of our peer mentoring program. They met our mentoring expert, Carmen Kurbjuhn (KompetenzKontor), found colleagues to establish a peer mentoring group, and got advice on possible peer mentoring methods.
T2, Family & Professorship: The family office presented its services and gave advice to interested participants.
T3, Evaluations: In sessions with former tenure track professors, participants learned how they experienced their evaluations and discuss any questions about this topic.
T4, Survey: The program provided an anonymous survey about the tenure-track phase.

In parallel, the professors had the opportunity to talk to their colleagues in a relaxed atmosphere with finger food and coffee.
