Managing the doctoral project: Participants learn the basics of project management with a focus on planning a doctorate. The techniques covered will be practiced on the participants' individual PhD cases. As a result, participants create a plan for their (remaining) doctoral time and learn how to use it. Instead of presenting golden rules, the advantages and disadvantages of different project management techniques are explained.
