Step 1: Fill in and sign forms

• As the leader of an X-Student Research Group, you will receive a teaching assignment that is awarded through Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin (regardless of whether you conduct your group at another university). Accordingly, the guidelines for the awarding of teaching assignments at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin apply.
• In order for us to grant you this teaching assignment, two forms must be completed:
  
  (1) Application form for the award of a teaching assignment
  In order to prevent mistakes, please also take a look at the exemplary completed application form.
  
  (2) Declaration of consent of the lecturer(s)
  In order to avoid mistakes, please also have a look at the exemplary completed consent form.
  
  
• Note: The forms are all available as pdf documents. Therefore, please complete the forms digitally and sign digitally as well.
