How to submit the invoice?
Step 1: Invoice template + document awarding the teaching contract
- Once you have completed the invoice template, you will need to attach the document granting you the teaching assignment to the form. We have sent you this document titled "LAST NAME_Erteilung Lehrauftrag_SoSe 2023" via email at the beginning of the semester. Please merge the two documents as one pdf file (order: invoice followed by document granting teaching assignment).
- Please name the document as follows:
Groups_YOUR LAST NAME YOUR FIRST NAME_invoice teaching assignment
e.g. Groups_MUSTERMANN MICHAEL_invoice teaching assignment
Step 2: Upload
- Please submit the completed pdf document via upload to the StuROPx team.
